SERVICE INPUT / OUTPUT
Inputs include material construction, ply stack, seam location, thread, appearance criteria, target output and downstream handling.
A documented machine-family route, open questions, sample plan and model-specific evidence request.
Trial pieces must reproduce reinforcement, curves, crossings, coatings, elastic behavior and operator presentation found in production.
A dated setup record with sample identity, stitch observation, handling notes and a clear approval boundary.
Confirm table configuration, floor space, voltage, phase, compressed air, lighting, extraction, safety controls and local technician access.
A site checklist that separates buyer work, sales-channel work and commissioning work before delivery.
Identify cleaning points, lubrication instructions, daily inspection, wear items, needle damage response and escalation contacts by exact model.
A controlled maintenance routine tied to the current manual rather than a generic interval copied between machines.
METHOD
Each gate produces a record that the next role can inspect. If a material, attachment, operator method or software revision changes, the affected gate is repeated.
Name the seam defect, handling constraint or production target without assuming the machine is the cause.
Label the production material, thread, needle, folder, gauge and settings so the result can be reproduced.
Assess stitch balance, puckering, skipped stitches, damage, edge position and rework at the stated conditions.
Attach the decision to the tested model, optional equipment, material lot and operating method; anything else remains open.
